Life is better together

Life Groups are gatherings of 5 to 15 people who meet regularly, in person near you or online. They’re a place to make friends, follow Jesus, and make a difference. Whether you’re looking for a men’s, women’s, couples, or singles group, there’s one for you to connect and grow in.

Days and times vary by group. Most meet in the evenings throughout the year, with breaks built in over the summer for some family groups and during the winter holidays.

Fill out the short interest form and we’ll be in touch with groups that fit. Our hope is that you’ll commit to a group and become a vital part of it.

Yes. There are men’s, women’s, couples, singles and online groups across LA, the San Gabriel and San Fernando Valleys, the South Bay and Orange County.

No. Life Groups are completely free.

Each group decides for itself. Ask your group leader once you join, or mention it when you fill out the interest form.

To build real community and growth, each group makes five commitments together for at least a year: giving the group’s gatherings priority, accepting one another with God’s love, actively participating, keeping personal sharing confidential, and holding one another accountable.

Yes! Starting a group is easy. We’ll get to know you and provide orientation and training so you’re prepared, spiritually and practically, to lead. If you’re interested in leading or co-leading, email lg@newstorychurch.com.
